The most unpleasant stay I ever had at any Hotel. The staff was full of attitude and I am also disappointed with expedia for advertising that they have air conditioning when they don’t offer air conditioning till summer season. We were hot and very uncomfortable in that hotel and had to sleep with wibdows open. Id never recommend this hotel and the staff was utterly unfriendly and hopeless except for one guy who checked us in and also the cleaning folks were very nice.

Great Hotel
If you want a giant room in a great spot, go pay a ton of money down the street. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet room in that same great spot for a fraction of the price book here! We had a great stay here and the staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean and we had no issues at all with the size.

What a surprise! For only 1 night you booked the triple room on the top floor, this is our largest room: 16m2The person who cleans the room has been in the establishment for 20 years. As an error is always possible it is a pity that you have not reported anything to the reception.Sincerely,Aurelia

I chose this hotel for location. It is quite central and easy to access the subway, so location is excellent. The hotel premises were just ok, carpet was being cleaned and covered as if in the middle of renovations. My room was small and a bit smelly. Very few amenities and not replenished every day. Overall, the experience for 4 nights was adequate for the cost and location made up for it.

The hotel is located in a great area, walkable to many things. The hotel itself is a bit noisy, the doors close very loudly. We were disturbed most nights by this. The room was a bit dusty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. There was construction near to the hotel so we were without hot water for the first 24 hours of the stay.

Great for a short stay in the heart of Paris.
We stayed in a Classic Room which is spacious enough for a couple and two small suitcases. Those with larger suitcases may want to opt for the bigger rooms. The location is excellent and you are situated in the heart of Paris. There are plenty of shops and quality restaurants nearby and the Metro/Bus stations are only across the road. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They maintain your bed and refill the toiletries every morning. The room looked a bit dated and some of the furniture could do with a refresh. It was also very dusty in a few places but overall it is great for a short stay in Paris.

Loved the location. Just steps to adorable and yummy restaurants. Convenient to Metro and walkable to river and tourist destinations. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Room exactly as pictured. Cute balcony overlooking the quiet street.

This is a basic 3 star hotel, with friendly staff, the room is cleaned daily, but nothing extra eg. converter plugs or water etc. Great location, easy to get to lots of places within a walking distance and also 2 mins from the metro/bus station. Room was a lot smaller than the photos so a little cramped, and the bathroom was very small too - however, it was modern and clean.

Nice room with a balcony!
My daughter and I had a great stay at hotel Andrea. It was in a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Train station is a short walk. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the balcony was so nice! The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe being in this area. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and would stay here again.

Room booked was not the one depicted on the hotels.com website. Overall, low value for the money paid. Room was small, not clean and faulty (broken room safe). Hotel staff were rude and unapologetic. Room quality needs to be improved (old paint, stained sheets) - found the locations good, but that is the only thing the hotel has going for it.

It’s really a tiny small room, don’t see the hotel photo, it is much smaller, not sound-proofed. No water kettle, no cup, no coffee/ tea/welcome water/box tissue. Everything you need to check with receptionist ( that’s what they call “ on request “. If you need hot water, it’s very complicated as you need to use their kettle in their ground floor pantry and ask receptionist to give you a cup. I am a slim lady with 157cm and weights 52kg but it’s extremely small toliet and shower room, when you take bath that’s difficult to turn around. Very inconvenient in the room.

The price was amazing for the location - just 3 stops from Gare de Lyon or a 15-20 min walk to the Louvre. The staff was incredibly nice (even for a 1 am check in) and the room was really quite large. The mattresses were firm and the pillows excellent. Our room even had a fridge, kettle, and Nespresso machine! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Paris!
