Except rude and unprofessional one reception employee, everything else was great. Everyone at the hotel doing their best and one single person ruined our whole experience. He needs to be reminded that: a)he is working in hospitality business; b) it is not acceptable to verbally assault underage guest.

This hotel is in my favorite area of Paris, 1 block north of Luxembourg Gardens near the Oden Theatre. Everything about the hotel was excellent, as was the neighborhood’s restaurants.

Good morning,following your comment published on expedia that I find tres severes and that your rating of 2/5 does not correspond at all to our hotel that has been renovated in full , we explained to you when you asked to lower the temperature below 15 that this was not possible and our explanation convinced you (and during your stay the outside temperature varied between 13 and 16 degrees) , the air conditioning of the hotel works very well but as it is still a cold period it is program to give warm , and that by mid-May we will switch to the cold , during your stay these explanations will convince and now you say that it was poorly air conditioning and that the room did not correspond to the photos what was small , on the site the area of the room is mentioned ,and it depends on the category of rooms you have booked, because the price is low but we have rooms that are larger but more expensive you have chosen the cheapest has a room much more spacious and more expensive and this is your choice.Sincerely

Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood of Paris, within walking distance of a subway stop, great restaurants, and stores. This hotel uses an older key system so you are required to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave, which feels strange and confusing, but it is a nice security aspect I guess. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Great value for the cost.

Overall the property is lovely. It’s a small boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and beautiful. We had a family suite so our bed and area was separate from our teens. The bathroom is large and beautiful though it needed a fan. Overall lovely hotel. The lobby is small but nice and includes seating and a small breakfast area with breakfast to buy. The only challenge we had was our room was the first one off the Lobby. Room 55. It was very loud outside our door almost all day and night as folks coming and going would go to the elevator just around from our room. The stairs were right next to it also. The office was behind our room and at times noisy as well. The mornings were noisy with breakfast getting set up. So if you happen to get this family suite off the Lobby bring your earplugs. Otherwise it was lovely, close to trains, buses and Luxembourg Gardens. We would stay again but request a higher room.

This is a great hotel in a great area 6th quarter right at the entrance of the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens. Very clean - w twin beds was traveling w my son, would highly recommend it.

Great location and value for money. Our room was small and compact but good use of the space. Bathroom was very nice and modern with a fantastic shower. Staff were always friendly and the reception manned at all times. Room was cleaned every day and towels replaced. Breakfast was okay, didn’t offer any hot food just some toast, pastries, fruits, juices and yogurts, but it did the job and set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when next visiting Paris.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The family rooms (for 2 adults & 2 teenagers) were large and perfect for our Paris needs. Location was walkable to many Paris sights with numerous food options within walking distance as well. Great stay!

Not a fancy place, but very comfortable, clean, safe and very quiet with friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. Located right next to the Luxembourg Garden, and a few minute walk to Metro. My only complaint was very slow wifi (though free).

Fabulous location!!!! Notre-Dame right around the corner with easy access to metro. Our room for a family of four was beautiful, immaculate, and fit us well. Super helpful front desk and just the perfect place for our three nights! We walked everywhere! Luxembourg gardens a block behind us and awesome bonus of Shakespeare and Company bookstore. Surrounded by neat shops and delicious meal options. Fantastic!!!!!

This is a lovely hotel with attentive staff. It is also in an excellent location: steps from the Palais du Luxembourg and only a 10-minute walk from Notre Dame. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great place to stay. Close to plenty of restaurants and walking distance to Notre Dame and hop off/hop on bus. We took an Uber everywhere even to the airport much cheaper than a private car, John the night attendant in the front desk was extremely nice. I had no problem leaving key at front desk no one but the cleaning people go in your room. Hotel is renovated beds are comfortable, Room is small but that’s a norm for Europe, You can ask attendant for bottled water,

Everyone was helpful and spoke English. The rooms were two singles in one room and double bed in another. Bathroom was modern and nice. We were within a 20 minute walk of Notre Dame and the Lovre. Shopping was good as well as restaurants.

Solid place to stay when visiting Paris. Walkable to the main sites, including Notre Dame, the Louvre, Musée D’orsay, to name a few. Fabulous chocolate and macaron shops nearby. Our room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a small elevator good for bringing your luggage up. We will certainly stay here again.

We are a family of 4 visiting Paris for the first time. We booked a family suite which has a double bed and a separate room with 2 single beds. All the reviews were from upper floors so I assumed our room would be on the 4th or 5th floor too but it turned out to be on the ground floor. Room 54. I was worried at first because I was concerned for noise but kept an open mind. We ended up loving the room because it is not right on ground level and the windows are pretty sound proof, plus it is not a noisy neighborhood. Our friends who were meeting us, got room 55 which is in the same section as ours and we can close the hallway door at night so we won't hear people going to the elevators. The only thing is, there is an office and a cleaning supply closet so in the morning, you might hear keys and door opening/closing. Overall, we had very positive experience with the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. The lady during the day was so pleasant, I kind of miss her:). The location is optimal. Luxembourg gardens is a block away and everything is within minutes and yet, it is very quiet. 10/10 in our books!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay here. The staff were lovely. The rooms were impeccable and in a great location so many lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. Deffinetly recommend this hotel.

Small but cozy. Bathroom was fantastic, all new high end. Staff was helpful and pleasant. They spoke English which helped.

The area is nice and convenient. Very close to the metro. The property is easy to get around. The top room 44 is a little difficult to find at first. The WiFi also does not work too well in that room. I was mainly disconnected from the WiFi as the signal was not strong. Otherwise the safe is nice and helpful!

Great location, metro close by less then 5 min walk. Notre Dame is only 10 min walk. The area is great! The hotel have usb outlets that was helpful. Would stay again if I’m ever back in Paris.

This was my first trip to Paris. I travelled with my husband and two children. The quad room was excellent, clean and larger than expected and the bathroom was lovely as was the staff. The only downside was the elevator was not in operation on our departure so we had to get our luggage down 5 floors using the stairs.

Best thing about this hotel is the location: very close to metro, shops, supermarket, restaurants, and the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens! Room is very small, but the location more than makes up for that. Staff is typically French - taciturn and serious. No small talk necessary (as it seems to be with most non-English speaking countries). It didn’t phase us, and we would stay here again the next time we’re in Paris.

Greta little hotel in Paris, super walkable to Notre Dame, the Louvre and Luxemburg gardens. Small elevators as expected in Parisian hotels and small rooms. However the rooms were modern and clean. Nothing to complain about for central Paris
