The night staff are outstanding. After a long day and arriving late, I arrived confused and in the wrong hotel. Staff at both ibis and ibis Budget were so kind and helpful They never made me feel bad or silly and were super welcoming.

Basic stay. Wouldn’t rush back.
Very average stay. Very basic. Was a one night stay so we made do. Hair in the shower and no hot water at all to wash. Issue with room as we were let into someone else’s room but we were moved quickly.

Youth hostel style room, very very basic! Single bed not made, two tiny pillows, shower straight into room and very odd toilet (in a cupboard)

Overall good stay for a budget hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. VERY convenient location if going to Disneyland. The station is right outside the hotel and the train takes you to Disney in one stop. We chose location over quality stay though. It’s a budget hotel, so there are no included amenities. Hair dryer is only available with a fee. The room is equipped with the basic necessities. Bed, sheets, toilet paper, shower towels and some soap. No other extras. But this is what you sign up for when you stay at a budget hotel. Overall we were happy with our stay, as we just needed somewhere to sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable but very basic and small but was in a great location for Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe shopping centre. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again👍

Very much budget
This is a VERY basic hotel. To be fair to the hotel it is advertised as budget and expectations needs to be lowered. However rooms are very compact, shower / toilets are very small and less than ideal. Bed linen was dirty and had to be replaced upon arrival. Staff friendly and the location of this hotel was perfect for a last, single night stay after a Disneyland visit. Would I choose this hotel again? Probably not as I have stayed in better nearby previously. But this hotel does offer a few hours refuge after checking out of Disneyland.

Fantastic location and affordable. Had everything we needed for a 2-night Disneyland trip. Good room size to fit 2 large suitcases. Friendly staff. Super close to the RER A train, easy 2-3min train to Disneyland. Breakfast was modest and suited us well. Coffee, juice, cereal, assorted bread and pastries.

Literally a one minute walk to the station and a five minute ride on the train this is an ideal holiday for thos le wanting a convenient non park stay for your Disney trip.

Perfect place to stay for Disneyland Paris. Clean and practical. One stop on the train to Disneyland itself. Trains very frequent. Can also walk to Disney if you wanted.

I know this is a budget hotel but really, it’s terrible. In comfy beds, rock hard pillows that seem 6’ high, a bathroom split into 3 so separate toilet you can just get in with no lock, a shower you can just about get into again with no lock and the wash basin in the main room. Would book Ibis again.

No frills hotel exceeded my expectations!
The room was a little on the small side, however it was comfortable and clean. There is no kettle in the room but there is a reasonably priced vending machine for coffees or you can take your own if preferred. There is also a vending machine and a microwave available 24hours in reception. The RAR is just a stone throw away from this hotel and is actually part of the same building as the normal ibis. You can be in Disneyland door to door in under 10 minutes and central paris in roughly 40 minutes. Val d’ Europe is also close by where you can find supermarkets if you want to stock up on snacks and drinks. The staff were also all pleasant and helpful!

Very small rooms, hotel is clean but average at best. We couldn't fault the staff at reception, we felt welcome from arriving until the moment we left. It was so convenient for the trains with Val d'Europe station being literally outside. Val D'Europe shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk away and the main attraction Disneyland beingonly a stones throw away makes this hotel a perfect place to sleep if you are on a budget. Mercí.

Should be "Ibis Box", not budget. The room was about the smallest ive ever stayed in. The tv was maybe 18". Sheets smelled okay, but had old yellowish stains. My knees hit the bathroom door when i sat on the toilet. And dont be fooled by the all you can eat breakfast... all you can eat muffins, cereal, and yogurt is what you get. Spend more and save yourselves this stay.

inside the room, there was a bad smell and also the ventilating fan is broken so that the smell keep inside the room, the staff refuses to help us change to another room. it is a very bad experience.

Budget by name, budget by nature
Great location for the train station and just one stop to Disney… the rest, definitely consider another hotel if you want comfort and more than just croissants/hard-boiled eggs and cereal for breakfast. Uncomfortable bed and some of the worst pillows I’ve ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. At least clean and staff, although not that smiley, are helpful. Needs a bit of love and money throwing at it I feel.

The location of the hotel was very good for trvellers to go to Disneyland and shopping centre. But the room is extremely small, it's hard to take shower properly even for me a s a medium-sized woman. The plugholes in the bathroom and the basin are disgusting, seems never cleaned.

Left my toileyry bag in the room. Returned 1 hr later to retrieve it and it magically disappeared. Would not let me back in to look or talk to maid who cleaned room, who obviously stole it because it had very exoensive cologne in it. Avoid these thieves at all costs

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was only one stop to Disneyland. Just because of that which is very convenient this place could be popular but I cannot put it in words how rude, unhelpful and obnoxious they were. All three of them. One worse than the other. Really shocking how they speak to guests and how lazy and unhelpful they are. Never again

Perfect location for Disneyland, even better than some of the on-site hotels. But a warning - there is no air-conditioning in the rooms. Avoid this hotel in hot weather.

The hotel had a running toilet for five days. While the noise didn't bother me it was very environmentally unfriendly. In addition the door had a buzzer lock, but with only one staff member who was often away from the desk the wait to enter could be long. Finally the room was hot, with no Aircon controls.

Nice and comfortable stay
Room was nice and comfortable. They had an extension lead in the room which 4 sockets on it which was a brilliant idea. Check in was very quick and efficient. Train station is right across the road which was a great bonus and helped us so much
