The use of metro and other public transportation systems is very convenient and easy. The area also has a lot of dining options. Most of the people are tourists so language is not a problem as long as you know English. Only the breakfast was not that good as it was the same options of food every day. Sometimes at night it felt hot. All other aspects were extremely excellent.

Easy access to train stations which is why we chose it. Air in room didnt work particularly well - so it was hot & stuffy. Couldnt open window bc of noise from plaza below

The Gare de Bercy parking lot was a perfect place for us to park our 9 passenger van that we rented from CDG so that we could take the metro around Paris. The location was perfect...beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!! Highly recommend!!

Very Good, but not Excellent
The hotel was very good, but with a four-star rating I would have expected a few minor things that would have made changed my rating of 'very good' to 'excellent'. In all 4 star (and most 3 star) hotels that I have stayed in they have an ironing board and iron in each room as standard - not so in Novotel Bercy though they can be supplied once requested. Also, some milk or creamer for the (supplied) coffee maker would be helpful. We didn't avail of the breakfast buffet - at €21 p.p. that seemed excessive. There is a lovely traditional café (Café Bercy) across the road that has a Breakfast 'formule' for just €9 and is excellent. First-world issues, but hey you did ask.

Très bon hôtel
L hôtel est parfait. Nous avions une chambre familiale. La literie était super. Une baignoire et une douche dans la sdb. Le petit dej est très bien fourni et excellent. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l hôtel qui est très bon aussi. Personnel très sympathique Je recommande

Je réserve régulièrement sur Hôtel.com depuis quelques années, et j’ai la nette impression que les chambres qui sont destinées aux clients de la plate-forme (hôtel.com) sont des chambres de seconde zone, rien à voir avec les photos et accessoires qu’on nous vend sur le site.

Cher monsieur vous avez réserve une chambre supérieure avec très grand lit et c'est exactement ce que vous avez eu en séjournant au 4ème étage, les photos en ligne correspondent bien ce type de chambre. Quelque soit le site, les types de chambres sont les mêmes !

Hotel de bon niveau
Hotel bien situé devant une station metro mais à côté de l'Accord Arenas où il y avait un concert, donc un peu bruyant. Excellent personnel, notamment Mourad à la réception.

Muy buen servicio
Nos han atendido muy bien en todo momento. Hubo una avería del agua caliente durante unas horas y nos realizaron un reembolso al final de la estancia por las molestias. El personal es muy atento. Durante el desayuno hay animación para los niños (magia, globoflexia...) La habitación, eso sí, era muy muy estrecha. El espacio para 4 personas era bastante incómodo. Por lo demás, muy bien. La ubicación es excelente para moverse en metro.

We stayed here for 1 night. The breakfast was good & the room was clean and functional. Disliked that the bathroom doors didn’t meet & had a big gap so there was a lack of privacy. There was also no room service available.

Was very easy to access via metro, area felt safe and there were several dining options around. Hotel bar was great option at the end of a very busy day. Room was clean and front desk was helpful.

An Excellent family get away. May not be closing up for some. To the city center, breakfast is a little bit expensive. Don't bother, there's plenty of cafes just outside.

Room was very clean, nice stay it was. The only thing I observe, if there could be hand wash small corner type basen Then it would be more better. Although it is still ok to use toilet and wash your hands in the shower area.

The air conditioning was not working and had to stay the whole night not being ablw to sleep due to it being very hot. The person at the front desk offered me two fans which was very nice but finding a room with ac would have been better.

It was perfect for us. We loved the location and accessibility to the Metro. Family members all adults in their 30's had a great time in this modern hotel
