Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c. Only slight negative was the cleanliness of the property whilst initially looked good if you move anything like a bed, table or a sofa it’s obvious that these are not moved for cleaning.

Everything was lovely and would return and recommend. The only thing that was awful was the cooked breakfast it was cold and the sausages were not a good taste.

Pool area is great. Lovely surroundings. Rooms spacious and well appointed , clean on arrival. Understand it’s an aparthotel so no cleaning but really should empty bins as there is no obvious place to take rubbish. Could also do with groceries available on site rather than just drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus spot on and really convenient. Overall we had a great time just a few little suggestions would have been really beneficial for us!

Good but needs to improve
The overall stay was very much positive. The concept of the hotel is great, public areas are nice. Food wise breakfast is great, dinner and snacks are also very good. Shuttle to Disney was amazing, on time and not packed. The problems I believe start in the room and few details which scream out. The bed is king size but made of two mattresses. The mattress is no good, feels like the cheapest spring mattress you can find. Same goes for the overstuffed pillows which are just killing you neck - yes I am picky with my sleep and this place does not allow for decent sleep. The noise of kids running keeps on going well after 2200 which is the quite hours....not hotel fault but maybe they can improve on this. The one thing that drove me mad is the water tap in the bathroom sink, please who can use it?! It is too short, you get your hand stuck in the sink while washing them...who did not think of replacing them...such a flaw that to ignore it is to disrespect your guests...only a tap but speaks plenty. Value wise and service the hotel is great and I would recommend it. Just be ware of the bed if you are picky and please management change the taps.

This was a great apart-hotel for families! There was nothing missing in terms of facilities. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend to stay here!

A great, beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options, worth the extra money to pay. Kid friendly. Close to Disneyland as well, around 10 min ride with a car. Highly recommended.

Good stay - but cold shower
Great hotel - bed was quite high up but didn't really impact us. The hotel shower kept going cold while in use (seems to be connected to everything else in the hotel). That was the only downsideI can think off.

Overall, we had a lovely time at Staycity which we chose for our Disneyland trip. It really lives up to the expectations - very lovely accommodation that is clean and spacious with nice outdoor space. The location is so convenient that made it easy for us to be flexible during the day where we could rely on public buses to and from the property, and also walk towards the central local area for local supermarkets and patisseries. We stayed in the 1 bed duplex which was lovely and better than we expected! Plenty of space for families and good provision of additional bedding for using the sofa beds which made it more comfy. It was very convenient to have the cafe downstairs where there was some good vegetarian choices for us, especially when we had a late check-in. We were always fed and didnt go hungry! However, one big downside from our own experience was how some/one of the reception staff were very unhelpful when dealing with a crisis of a cancelled flight and needing to sort an extra night's accommodation at Staycity. It would have been more helpful if staff were more empathetic and understanding during this rather than constantly directing us to "go online and book". This is something that should and could easily be dealt with at the reception instead of us having to spend more time and effort searching on own our phones to rebook the same room. It made a stressful situation worse and we felt unvalued as customers that had already stayed here for 4 nights already.

great place to stay
Really enjoyed our stay here,we had a great villa which had large rooms,very comfortable beds,good facilities in kitchen and showers and bathrooms were really good,all very clean and modern,reception was very helpful and bus to disney was really good but does get busy so arrive early to make sure you get on, good location only 10min drive to disney and short drive to local town for Carrefour mlocal shop, allreally nice and wouldnt hesitate to stay again thank you were had a great time here

Great hotel for a trip to Disneyland Paris
Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with large rooms with a well equipped kitchenette. Plenty of parking on site during our stay and a very short drive to the Disneyland parks. Breakfast was also good, with a wide range of choices. The only negative was the shower - it didn’t have much pressure and would change from hot to cold all the time which wasn’t much fun! Baths were fine though!

A really pleasant stay, very close to Disney that we wanted. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool area very slippery be careful. But overall a very nice place where we would stay again.

Good size, amenities and location
Spacious apartment, everything you need for a self catered stay. Easy access by local bus to Disney from just outside hotel grounds, about 15 minutes. Nice pool, friendly people and service. Food not great but you can easily cook in the apartment or eat out.

All was very good only the (open) top floor of our appartement was very hot. The airconditioning did not seem to reach there although downstairs it was set to 16 degrees and it was cold over there.

A lovely stay
Had a lovely stay at the property. Conveniently located if you plan to visit Disneyland Paris theme park. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the lovely view from pur room. Well equipped kitchen and receptionist was very helpful. Will return.

The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff where all very friendly and helpful. The offered to print out my Disney tickets for me which was very appreciated! The room was a good size and fully equipped with everything we needed. The only negative was the towels aren’t very big but apart from that everything was perfect! The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a wide selection of foods.

This was a lovely appartment to stay in. We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa which was huge. ample space for the kids to run around. The only slight concern is that there is no fence between the patio and river area, so not ideal for children to play out in. Oh, and the golfer that was insistant we opened our door to let him swing his club!

Fabulous hotel, great location!
Really great hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, really close to the parks, easy to drive in each morning. About a 5 minute journey! Came back once in the bus with my youngest son - it was the first bus of the evening after a 6 hour break and it was carnage. Bus driver lovely but other people shoving their kids onto the bus and pushing. Think earlier or more buses needed. Also 9am first bus was too late for us. Car much better! Great size room for us 4. Sofa beds seemed good, kitchenette facilities great! Main Bed and all bedding really comfy and soft. Very impressed, would definitely stay there again!
