"The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. I had originally planned on just a stay for 5 days but chose to extend my stay another 7 days because of the way we were treated at La Quinta Milwaukee Airport. "The outside of the property is very deceiving as you drive up to it. However, once you walk in, the upgrades are very pretty and unique. The one thing that was surprising was lack of a parking lot. If you couldnt find street parking out front, I believe the only available parking is a parking ramp about a block away - which is not ideal. "We asked for a disabled room and we’re given one full-size bed for two people. We were switched to another room with two beds however, the toilet would not flush. The breakfast was very minimal and there were loud partiers outside of our window at 2 AM one of the worst stays we’ve ever had in a hotel. "

"The ladies at the check in staff were amazing. However rooms were falling apart and I found so much black mold in the morning. Reported it to the guy checking out he seemed unbothered just said okay. I slept all night surrounded by Black Mold."

"We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again."
