The sink in bathroom was clogged. No power cable for tv, tape holding batteries in on the back. Ice machine didn’t work. No juice for breakfast, no cream cheese for bagels. "I was very annoyed that common sense didn’t take precedence over technicality. My name was misspelled by expedia but, I presented proof of reservation, showed the transaction from my checking account, photo id and they finally needed to see an email with the mispelled/shortened name to honor my reservation.
Upon entering the room, the very first thing I laid eyes on was this dark shadow on the bathroom floor; after turning on the light, I see that it’s shoe print from either polish or dye....
