"I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. When we arrived the guy at the reception told us oh the reason why we did not cancel your room was because you booked thru third party. I did not think this was nice of him.He did not even greet us at all I know it was late but my booking was paid so it was odd for him to said that comment. "The H20 bar and pool were amazing. Nice place to relax and get a drink. Bubba Gino’s shrimp had great food and a great waitress. So many food options and workers were helpful. My only complaint is the smell in the hallways and rooms of the hotel. Very moldy and mildew smelling. Also there are no microwaves in the room. Bummer because we had a fridge and took our left overs with us but no where in the hotel at all to reheat our food."

"My wife and daughter stayed at this hotel recently. They said the entire place smelled of mold and cheap perfume like they tried to cover the bad scent. They threw their stuff in the room and hit the beach. They didnt pay much attention to the room. The second night, my wife goes to take a shower and notices something behind the toilet. It was a wad of USED feminine products. Fresh... she immediately took a pic and went to the front desk. The girl there literally brushed her off and helped other...
