"First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). "This was a last minute getaway for my husband and I. We were very happy with the property. The price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The Location was convenient for the beach and all that the area offers. The bed was comfortable and loved that it had free parking. Much better property than the place we stayed at a couple years ago that was right on the beach boulevard. We look forward to staying here again."

"A very sweet old inn. The magnolia room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee station right outside the door and the bottled water in the min-fridge was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was newly updated and very clean. The front porch rockers were lovely to sit and read. There is currently no food on site so bring your own or dine out- the owners provide a good book of suggestions. It’s an easy .6 mile walk to beautiful North Beach which is much less crowded...

"The room was adorable and well-appointed…newly renovated. We loved the colors, the layout, the fridge, the Nespresso, and the large balcony. A very comfortable stay. The shower was extremely small, and we are petite women. The beach is not one for sunbathing as it has huge rocks all over…but the area behind this property is super cute. You can drive down the street and pay $3/hr at the nice part of the beach, but we were very happy with where we chose to stay as the boardwalk area is a bit...

"Wonderful studio apartment type suite, well-maintained and very clean and comfortable. Boardwalk is a few blocks walk down the street with good food and fun. Beautiful beach view from window and balcony. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend for a single, couple, or small family. Hope to return soon."
