"The indoor pool was not at the level of a Fairmont. The food was good, but not exceptional. Food service was very slow. Some restaurants weren’t accessible, as expected. The rooms were extremely small."

"It was a very clean room, however, an outlet or bedside table on both side of the beds would be very handy. As someone who uses a CPAP machine and is used to sleeping on one side of bed, there was no option for an outlet on the opposite wall. There were not enough outlets at all. The size of the room should accommodate that change."

"The check-in was very easy. The room was very nice, the bed and pillows were very comfy. The small balcony faced the mountains, which offered a great view. The swimming pool was spacious and the water just at the right temperature. The sauna near the gym area was a nice touch. The room was well furnished and very clean.
