"Car windows were broken into. I booked through a 3rd party site that said free breakfast, only to find out it’s $16 per person per day. Tried to check in and was told our room was already assigned."

"Breakfast menu same as I’ve had for years, would love more variety. Also only 1 waffle iron for basically 2 large hotels, wait for a waffle too long. No towels at the pool in the morning. Someone should tell the clerk at the garden side a guest for the Homesuites can walk to the other lobby to register! "
