"Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened."

"Upon arrival the first sign that this was going to be a problem was the rug with the hotel name on it in front of the front desk was completely filthy. Upon arrival in our room it was musty, moldy, rusty lamps, and there was feces on the bed. We immediately checked out after 15 minutes and left. Front desk did not seem concerned with what we told them. Absolutely disgusting."

"I reserved a room 5 months ago that came with breakfast, but when I checked in, I learned that the kitchen was being upgraded and that there would be no breakfast. I also brought my swimsuit but learned that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning."

"The room was very spacious and clean. I love the kitchen and microwave; very convenient! We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport."

"The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak and plaster came down. Plaster was all over the floor. Should have got a free room."

"Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool."

"The Gym was full of non-functioning equipment, with no air conditioning. The laundry room was dirty. The hairdryer was not working."
