"property issues: Room #3: noisy rooms especially with adjoining doors, there was a family with kids next to us and it was noisy noisy noisy, drafty front door, no gasket to keep wind out, shower water pressure OK but shower head not working properly, came out like a garden hose, no hangers in closet could not hang up hiking clothes, (cafe/breakfast not open (they only tell you that once you book), pictures on website make the rooms look way better than they are. the only reason to stay here is...

Was able to switch my second night reservation from another of the owner's property back to the bnb without any problem. Quiet. Perfect place for a romantic get away, although my stay was work related, and I was a single traveler. Felt very safe as a women traveling alone. "Staff was super sweet. But there should be some sort of service to take you to your room/bring you up to the main lodge for dinner. Maybe a front desk person with a golf cart. Pretty dangerous to walk down that path alone at night in the dark after some drinks at dinner. Otherwise, very chic and comfortable. "

"The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. "
