"Honestly I don't know where to start. Receptionist guys just do as follows but happens tk be that they asked me on check in to pay the reservation and ask to call support for refund. This is definitely not how a collaboration between a hotel should work like. Best part that after 24h I was asked same request after having sorted it out by explaining that everything was paid. Also conditions of the property are not top, either the cleaning. Often 3 stars are met with lower expectations however not...

"It’s a nice new family run hotel is the residential area some1,5 km away from the city centre. There are large single family houses with gardens on the street and recreational park some 10 min walk away, it has a cable car which will take you down to the city centre in 2 min.
