"The the hotel was nice location and quiet. One of the rooms that we had was definitely not in the category that we had booked. The room also smelled of smoke and although it was offered to be cleaned with a filter, it did not happen during our stay. Otherwise, it was a good hotel. The concierge was quite helpful."

"Stayed at the One Alma for 3 nights, and had a wonderful time. The team were absolutely fantastic, really welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, and the facilities were excellent. A very good hotel, made exceptional by the General Manager and his team. Will be our first choice in Paris from now on. Thank you."
