Parking was easy. We had a Suite room and it was good for my husband, my son and I with 2 rooms. The room itself was ok, clean but a bit dark - some of the lights didn’t work. We enjoyed the pool with our 5 year old son, then tried to get a drink at the bar around 5:30p (peak happy hour timing) and the bartenders kept leaving the bar with no one in sight, so waited for 10m to find anyone. We ate at the onsite restaurant….food was good, but service was slow, due to short staff apparently. Finally retreated to our room for the night and there was an awful buzzing sound which went off every minute, sounded like it was coming from just outside our room. Our son was already asleep so we couldn’t call to change rooms at that point. Terrible night sleep. Then no hot water in the morning for showers, and when I informed the front desk as we checked out they indicated that a technician was working on something that perhaps impacted the water. No offer to reimburse any part of our stay, or any apology. Overall, the aircon for the night was nice, but I would definitely stay at another property next time!

We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool) The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY. The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop. Terrible experience.

Poussière pas faite, j’ai éternué toute la nuit. Sol sale dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes grattes toute la nuit à partir du moment où nous nous sommes allongés dans les lits ( on préfère se dire que la lessive utilisée est trop agressive plutôt que de penser à pire ( j’ai eu des marques de piqûre …)). Empreinte de 300€ demandée à l’arrivée. Elle n’a nullement été mentionnée lors de la réservation. Clou du spectacle : j’ai envoyé un message pour une réservation de taxi pour l’aéroport je n’ai jamais eu de réponse.

Hotellet var slidt og værelset meget lille. Receptionisten var tvær og arrogant. Restauranten var lukket i weekenden. Ikke just 4 stjerner værd. Kaffemaskine på værelset fungerede ikke og der var ikke varmt vand, så vi kunne ikke bade, Vi klagede og de lovede at sende tekniker op omgående.. Der kom ingen og vi måtte tage i byen uden bad. Da vi kom tilbage var der stadig intet sket. Vi fik varmt vand lige før vi rejste.

L'hôtel a fermé la piscine pour travaux. je n'ai reçu aucun mail concernant la fermeture de la piscine. En discutant avec la réceptionniste, la personne était très désagréable en nous disant que nous devrions ouvrir les yeux et regarder la pancarte affichais a l'entrée qui nous informe que la piscine. Ainsi que le roomservice qui nous a servis 2 pizzas a moitiés chaudes.
