"Ma note passable n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel mais avec votre site hotel.com !!!!! L'hôtel était fermé, vous n'avez pas pris en compte la demande de l'hôtel de le notifier sur votre site ! Aussi, ils m'ont quand même donné une chambre, mais j'étais seule dans l'hôtel sans personnel, ni petit-déj/restauration. C'est une honte de votre part d'autant que l'hôtel a tenté de vous joindre à maintes reprises pour avoir mes coordonnées."

"Nice, comfortable room. The area it was in was really nice, but is not an easy walk into Colmar if that is what you intend. Plenty of parking if you are in a car though."

"We had s bad time in the restaurant . We were placed in a corner even if we had made a dinnerreservation. Waited 45 minutes for our main course. Very nice room."
