"Clean, well designed 1 bed studio. Small kitchenette with fridge. Great air con throughout building. Easy to access with code. Parking onsite a bonus. Easy level walk into Limoges centre. Perfect for a 2 night stop en route south."

"I was suprised by the condition of the room. It felt brand new and the bathroom was like a 4 star hotel. Very good value for money! I was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t allow to check in when I arrived half an hour before 15.00. I had to wait in the lobby and then they forgot about me."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the food was beautifully cooked. Breakfast the first day was a bit of a disaster. The scrambled eggs were stone cold and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. Big improvement the second day although the toaster was still broken. All in all well worth a 4 star review."
