Banheiro da área da piscina parecia que não era limpo a dias, limpeza no meu quarto só foi um dia, e ficamos lá 5 dias, tinha que ficar pedindo papel higiênico, pq não faziam a reposição, tive a informação que era só deixar a chave na recepção se eu quisesse a limpeza no quarto, mas não foi o que aconteceu.
