"Excellent breakfast. Very kind male host at breakfast. Front desk staff kind and helpful. Not impressed with the check in process. Attempting to find a place to park, we were told by the parking overseer we couldn’t park in an area that looked like where anyone could park. With time, we found a spot but was difficult to find to Check in. Validation for parking was an easy process. Plenty of parking in parking garage below hotel. Pool was small but everyone there was professional. Clean facilities. Accommodations were great. Beautiful view of the mountains. Really, the only downfall was the initial check-in."

"Beautiful oasis in the city. The perfect place to spend a night before our early morning flight. The owner was so friendly and kind. She helped us get a taxi to the airport and even noticed we had a surfboard with us and arranged for us to get a bigger vehicle to make sure it fit. We highly recommend this place!"

"Everything went well. The air conditioning worked and a buffet breakfast was available. However, I was there when a youth tour was there and they ate most of some of the dishes and additional wasn't put out until they finished breakfast so there was not much when I arrived. My bad for not asking for more. The grounds were very beautiful and quiet."

"This hotel is the perfect spot for your first day or last day in Costa Rica. The property was beautiful with lots of birds, and had a great pool and restaurant/bar. They offer shuttle service for a fee to the airport - we booked one at 4:45 a.m. The staff was so kind and helpful - one staff member let me use her personal cell phone when mine wouldn't work. I was also allowed to help her pluck a mango out of a tree with a long fruit picker - she then cut it up and offered it to us to enjoy! Thank you! Very relaxing stay."

"The room is spacious and clean. I didn't like that the TV wasn't facing the bed or the sofa. The staff is friendly. The pool is large and clean. Breakfast is very good. The Italian restaurant is good and has reasonable prices for a hotel."
