"Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the room was very, very cozy, and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious. My only complaint was the pool and spa were closed, and half the gym equipment was out of order. I am sure it will be repaired soon."

"I don’t even know what to say about this hotel. I guess when I reserved a room for $59 in Tyler, Texas I should have known what to expect. The lobby that is shown in the pictures on Expedia doesn’t exist. You walk into this tiny little storage room with old unplugged, broken vending machines and you have to go up to a window to slide your ID and credit card in. The door does not have the extra top lock latch. The room was not fully supplied with towels. There were spiderwebs everywhere, stains...

"Amazing breakfast choices! Beautiful location right next to a park and also a splash pad for kids. Went on a walk in nature and my 6yr old got to get energy out at playground! Staff was super helpful and amazing ! Would definitely visit again!"
