"I stayed at the property for 5 nights + 1 additional night. Based on the overall quality of the property and the amenities provided, I would rate it as a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star property. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were nice. The twin beds, however, were comparatively small and not very comfortable. I would appreciate the floor manager, Mr. Kanadasan, who was very helpful and arranged a better room for us from the third room onward. The property appears to be short of floor staff. Although the existing staff do their best to assist guests, the waiting time can be quite long during peak hours, particularly in the afternoon."

"The trip started with a little bump as we didn’t know about certain food but wow did they fix that fast customer service was really good and food the shrimp was amazing and believe me I been to 5 star restaurant in the us you won’t experience of Indian spices like here the taste of classic cooking was amazing amazing job my go to hotel for Chennai and it will always be also the breakfast amazing too"
