"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. "Good hotel in good location. Beside Buchanan Street bus station and close to both Glasgow Central and Queen Street rail stations. Staff were very friendly from check-in to departure. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast ok and recommend going early. Busy after 8:30."

"While the lobby and other shared areas are beautiful and well-maintained, the room had a dormitory feel - ie: minimalist and not particularly welcoming. The folks at the breakfast place are lovely - above and beyond, but the front desk staff are 'meh'. If you get laundry done, you must go and collect it at the front desk. Just fyi.
