"When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch."

"This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel.
