"We got in light around 12 AM on Thursday. The chicken was okay, they told us about the breakfast buffet, which they have every morning.For$10.99 which we had got, we get to breakfast. The next morning and we were very disappointed. The breakfast they trying to charge us for 1099. Should have been a free breakfast. It wasn't no buffet the breakfasts.I came with a stay with the hotel.It wasn't worth my money at all"

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Houston and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The nightly rate was extremely high for what was offered. The location is right next to the city train, which made the area feel unsafe and very noisy. Outside the hotel there were many homeless individuals, and the area smelled strongly of urine. The overall environment felt very run-down and uncomfortable. At night, the noise from nearby clubs made it very difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and not welcoming during my stay. When I was checking out, they even asked me to leave a 10/10 review, which felt very inappropriate considering the experience I had. I will definitely not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to others."

"Even though there were a few conventions going on and the hotel seemed busy our floor was very quiet. Property was wonderful and near a few different restaurants. Would stay here again if going to a ball game or convention."

"I was very disappointed in this Doubletree! The room had a musty smell and it desperately needs updating. The bathroom looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. Don’t take a truck and try to park in the garage. The roof is so low it broke our antenna. We stayed 3 nights and the more we saw, the more we disliked. Pick another place! "

"Building in terrible condition. Actually scary non- the less nothing happened but it’s give that vibe. Staff very nice what can they actually do. I had one wash rag upon check-in, didn’t even bother asking for another one after reading all the comments. I checked out 2 days early smh. I guess for the pricing this is what you get. Oh, no breakfast I’m guessing they stopped this??? Idk. But yea I’ll pay the after money next time! "
