"Bathroom was a little dirty and looked like it was used due to the water droplets left in the tub. I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast, there was a choice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and plain Cheerios, bread and banana; but honestly not that big of a deal because the best part of it all was that I felt SAFE! As a single woman traveling alone the atmosphere was calm and I wasn’t bothered by anyone."

"Safe area good for walking. The hotel has some work going on, pool, exterior facade, exterior doors, public men’s bathroom, a bit inconvenient. But overall a nice hotel for the price. The staff Is Great."

"TL,DR: If you want cheap, you'll get it.
It's two hotels operating in the same building but using only the door on the Radisson side and (mostly?) only the desk on the Radisson side. You have to walk across to the other side if you are staying in Surface and the signage is just one small one outside the door you can't use and one at the start of the ground floor hallway for that side of the building. My room was fine and maybe cleaner than I expected after seeing the rest but half the lights...

"Decent hotel for what I needed it for. Clean rooms only complaint is there was only 1 face towel. I’m traveling for work so I didn’t use the amenities at the hotel except for breakfast on one day (very simple but limited selection - it did what I needed it to do). Would definitely stay there again."

"Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle.
Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride.
That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again."

"There was no phone in the room and after asking to get on the first day, they never brought one. They never informed us about no housekeeping services until the end of trip. They said if we wanted to get the room clean we had to request and after requesting the next morning before leaving the hotel, they didn’t clean when we returned the reason was that we had to request it a day before. Did not provide a receipt because we booked through Expedia. Which is crazy because I worked in hotel front...
