"Nice property but service was lacking. The staff were a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests. At one restaurant they had one staff member working during peak lunch time. This translated to long waits for food and delivery of cold food. Breakfast was a zoo."

On arrival the hotel staff and checking was very nice, our room was on the fourth floor via the lift and very, very steep stairs to the room.
