" hoteles.com o el hotel Horizonte, no hacen bien las cosas, si es sin hidromasaje la habitación, entonces en Hoteles.com no deberían ofrecerlo. O, el hotel debería dar la habitación con hidro, como debe ser, sin recargo. Tuve que poner 20 lucas mas, pero no corresponde. Alguien está a favor del robo."

"Spectacular stay! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was excellent — within walking distance to everything in Palermo. Communication was great, and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy, with simple instructions to follow. The trattoria was expensive pasta with jumbo serves - us$44 for a bowl of gnocchi Bolognese is crazy. $168 for a caterna malbec i bought in Salta at a restaurant for $70! Next time ill stay in city and get up half an hour earlier"

"The check in process was all done virtually. No live person, no front desk. Just Face ID, QR codes and numeral codes. It was my first time encountering this process and I had a hard time. I did find my way through the check out process via WhatsApp and communicating with someone on WhatsApp. Once I was able to check in it was smooth sailing after that.
