This hotel is a breath of fresh air at Paso. It is a place to be! Modern design and yet warm and welcoming. Stuff is extremely kind and accommodating. Saltwater pool is a special touch. David, front desk, made our trip extra special with amazing upgrade as a Hilton diamond members!

We were charged $30 a night for a destination charge whatever that is because we weren’t members of the hotel group. I would’ve liked to have known about this prior to making reservations. Also, there was lots of smaller taxes and charges we did not know about. The property and the rooms were very nice.

Staff very nice but don’t deliver what they promise noisy air conditioning even when its off did not clean the room the next day eve when I ask for it we have to call housekeeping for same towels
