"No, the staff switched rooms on us at the desk and the room had 2 towels instead of the usual 4, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty.. then they wouldn't help out with children playing in the hot tub.. no age limit, time limit and it is not a pool.. the little store had 50% more items on there inventory list than what was actually there"

"We stayed two nights. This location charged for parking but oversold spots because they were sold out and they accept airport parking. We paid for parking but had to park on the street. When we brought this up the front desk we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. No apology, no free night or parking, just an oh well attitude. The grounds of the property were filthy. Trash everywhere right outside of the hotel lobby. It wasn’t welcoming at all. "

"My room was very cold. The heat did not work. I reported this to the front desk and. They said maintenance will take a look and no one came. Also a breakfast buffet was advertised but all that was offered is a pastry cafe. Room was neat but there was a big hole in the carpet and in the shower wall. Wonderful front desk staff. "

"Used a taxi from BWI- hotel property about 25 minutes from BWI airport. Easy drive a local friend took me back to airport. The rooms are very clean, no strange odor. Comfy bed, shower gel ,lotions and shampoo in shower. King bed room- refrigerator in room. Nice large TV to get am news and weather. The breakfast buffet was nice plenty of items eggs ,sausage links, panckes, French Toast, fruits yogurts , coffee and juice. Peaceful stay staff very friendly and helpful if you' have questions. Book them ! Oh and hotel near a Walgreens "

"Roomed smelled like a liter box/ cat urine. Hotel smelled like dispensary, half of the staff struggled speaking English. And when they mess up, they double charge your account for room deposit and say sorry about your luck.. didn’t do anything wrong. A water and Snapple downstairs costed almost 10 dollars in lobby. No staff in cafe at all. Wouldn’t recommend staying at this location."

"Clean spacious room with excellent WiFi and updated bathroom. Room is nicely appointed. Bed is a bit hard, so if you like firm, you will be happy. TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days. Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that many days. Overall, very good value."

"I was double charged, I heard tapping through the wall all night, when we pulled up to the hotel there seemed to be a party in the parking lot, then I paid extra to be told by the house keeping staff that I lie. When I get dressed and go down stairs she blames it on the staff before her for not putting it on the paper. At this point I was awake after being woken up by the tapping noice all night. Oh and no refund. I was just told the manager will look into it. Not sure what that means "
