"The room was great, bigger than we expected with plenty of space for 2 people. The staff was delightful, anticipating our needs, friendly, helpful. My only complaint is the pillows (which were atrocious. Like if someone mixed together marshmallow fluff and maple syrup and then expected it to hold a bowling ball upright) but even the mattress was great. Good location, especially for a first-time visitor and very safe. We left and returned at all hours and had no issues with safety, and staff friendliness never waned."
