"The place is centrally located, the room was clean and staff was nice. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for being centralized and parking. Never once mentioned that for parking you must reserve your spot. Their parking was always full and without availability. Recommend you contact place right after booking to reserve parking at the location. Otherwise expect to park away from property, a 10-15 minute walk. After seeing location, if parking is not an issue for you I recommend looking...

"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the quieter end of Monterosso. Near a grocery store. The first walk up felt daunting, but by the second day we were happy to be up away from the crowds.
