"Relatively new and well maintained service apartment. It covers the basics such as washer in each room/ unit, small fitness center with limited equipment, basic kitchen utensils. Decent space for 2 pax. Good water pressure. They seemed to only accept cash payments which was a bummer. "

"Loved our stay at Benviar Tonson Residence. We were in a basic 3 bedroom apartment and it definitely was more than a basic 3 bedroom apartment. The place was clean and they really thought about the little details. We felt very comfortable and safe in the surrounding area Very close to the station and malls (walkable or ride their tuk tuk). "
