"No clue. Office was closed when we arrived. Not able to access room. After hours line in box full so can’t reach anyone. Had to pay for another hotel as this place was non refundable."

"Not up to the usual Drury standards, but a nice place to stay. I was surprised the building was noisy. I could hear voices from my room, and I am not sure if they were coming from a nearby room or outside. Also could here hallway noises unusually loud. The place was not clean and is somewhat worn."

"Our room was on the second floor in front of the flag poles. Lovely to look at but something banged like a cymbal against the pole all night. Staff said they were aware, so did they put us there because we booked through a 3rd party on purpose? Miserable. We slept very little . Breakfast was not up to standards since some of the help failed to show up. No waffles, toast and oatmeal was runny. Landscaping around hotel was beautiful, coffee was good. "The refrigerator in the room did not work. I asked for service twice, never had a working refrigerator. The trash was not pulled one day, there was food in the can. The location of the hotel is awesome, it was the snow two things that will keep me from returning. "

"This was a gem in the rough honestly. It's an unexpected excellent stay. The staff was amazing, very courteous people. They were welcoming from the get go and made themselves available of any issue occurred. The rooms were well setup and very clean, well the air systems need an upgrade but it's not terrible. It's very peaceful at night and quiet as well for being in that particular area. This is definitely going to be a frequent getaway spot for me"

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."
