This resort was OK. Room was just OK. What annoyed me was lack of Tea/ Coffee in rooms, I wouldn’t have minded but the room had kettle, and cups! A couple of sachets wouldn’t be too much considering! The hotel is well placed along 2nd Road. Despite being in a busy area, the pool area was lovely and chilled out. The hotel has some good amenities and I would definitely stay again. But I still think a hotel like this good , could provide a couple of sachets of coffee

The hotel was nice & clean, pools were rather relaxed. Rooms spacious and facilities good. Area not so good, more of an older crowd.

Very decent stay with value for money. Comfortable bed. Was peaceful and quiet admist being in the middle of happening place. Had lunch one of the days and was good and value for money. Overall good experience and great value for your money. Would recommend

Only disappointment is that we did not cancel our stay as per Expedia page status says - but we were placed to a new room as the hot water boiler didn’t work in both of our rooms. Staff member cancelled booking on expedia and therefore we lost our traveling reward points. They shouldn’t had cancelled the booking as we stayed for the whole period.

Shower was very low pressure and inconsistent. Staff looked unhappy. Lobby was hot and they didn't even run the fans. I booked a beach tour and had to cancel 2 out of 4 in my party and the staff that was helping acted as if there was nothing she could do and got loud so unfortunately I had to get on her level of rudeness to get the manager on shift. He was polite and fixed the cancellation and gave me back the refund.

Superb family leisure trip
Good location, next to Central Marina and Big C. Superb staff, nice and sincere. Enjoyed a dinner with good quality and reasonable price. Stayed in Paradise Pool rooms. Extremely good for family trip. With balcony, next step to swimming pool. High CP rate, HK$425/night + breakfast.

Loved this place! Recommended by a friend who stayed there many times. Think Ranchero Resort like those in Palm Springs, CA. The Hotel is a little dated but the pools and staff are great!!!! Bar at the pool restaurant. Just a great experience. Would stay there again!!!!

The property overall is still very good but I have used this resort in the past and as to the room I was in 112 it could do with a make over. The carpet was not in a good condition and the window frames could all do with replacing or renovating. the shower was to hot and could not be controlled correctly. In general looking around I felt that their were a lot of over rooms that could do with the same treatment as do not seem to have been changed from my last visit which was quite a substantial time ago. Otherwise I would still recommend this property as a place to stay.

Too much cigarette smoke
Great hotel in the best location. 3 Pools are awesome. Rooms are spacious. The only downside is the filthy people in the room prior to us stinking out the room with cigarette smoke. Took 3 days of constant air conditioning to get rid of the smell. The air con filter I had to clean myself turned into mud when I washed it. A shame that an awesome resort is let down by its allowance of smoking of smoking in the rooms

地點很方便，附近有多個大型購物中心及四週很多食店或小攤，但酒店比較舊，清潔程度可以接受，唯獨房間內只有一個插電裝置，太小，電視機還是舊式大牛龜，希望可以改善。

In good location but when you arrive first impression is important and when staff argues with guests and your next in line and we had same problem and staff are so rude you want to leave already it’s not good,what find her another job and keep her away from guests after that evertime we seen her gave us a dirty look and think would ever go back because of this.
