"Beautiful room and lobby. Parking should be free. It’s a self-park lot. There should be a coffee maker in the room. $200+ per night deserves in/ room coffee pods!"

It was great being on Franklin street but honestly the building was a bit more older than what I was expecting for the price. Again, it was nice but I found a luxury apartment with so much more space after the fact that was 1/3 of the price"

"The staff were nice and our stay was fine overall. Two things require improvements: 1) the hallways frequently smelled very bad. 2) It’s impossible to relax in outdoor areas if other guests are allowed to play videos or music (loudly) on speaker. I would suggest putting up clear signs that having one’s phone on speaker in common areas is not allowed and actually enforcing it."
