But their breakfast buffet deserves a few extra points on top of that. "I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for...

"After leaving another hotel due to a bad experience, this hotel made us feel at home. The staff was friendly, food was good, the pool was refreshing, and the room was comfortable."

"Staff was rude during breakfast time both times, the breakfast was great which was a let down dealing with the rude attendant. The rooms smelled bad upon arrival but did look clean. The power went out the following morning and staff was very unorganized and unprofessional in handling the matter. They did not give us any credit for the early checkout nor had any information to how long or why we had to be in a hot dark hotel room.
