"I've stayed at this location before (one year ago) and had no issues. During this recent visit the decline was very surprising. I checked in and made my way to the building - the elevator was not working and the lights were dim in the hallway. Another guest told me the staff was coming to fix it. After waiting several minutes - no one came so I went back to the lobby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was also the person that was supposed to fix the elevator. "First of all, I get really anxious about booking a hotel. I'm fearful of making a reservation and, upon arrival, the property might be in terrible condition or the room will not meet my expectations of cleanliness. I am ecstatic to say that this Embassy Suites EXCEEDED my expectations! The hotel appears to be in great shape. It has a nice lobby, bar and pool area. Our room was very clean and comfortable. "Everything was available for a nice live-in atmosphere. Stores in the area were close enough to take advantage of to cook and make meals while staying. The water pressure in the shower was really good had all the soaps, lotions, etc if you forget any toiletries. It was located in a safe area that was quiet, safe, and friendly."

"My coffee pot was broken, I had no hair dryer and had an ironing board but no iron. There were knives and two spoons but no forks in my kitchen One arm of the office chair was torn to shreds as was one of the curtains in the bedroom. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed and the stopper lever missing so I had to use a knife from the kitchen to open it. The towels at the base of the door to room 225 (there during my entire visit) suggests the room is being treated for something. As a woman...
