"Hotel and room itself was excellent and as expected. First night was a bit of a surprise getting woken by housekeeping to clean the room. The happy hour bartender accused me of lying in order to get my courtesy drink .. not something I appreciated Other than those two small things everything was great"

"Quick check in and staff was super nice. The room was clean and had a great view of the surrounding (was on top floor and could see the toyota music factory). Walking distance to the venue i was going to for a concert. Will stay here again in the future!"

"Very nice and the staff were exceptional. Our room was extremely dusty especially the blinds to the balcony. A bathroom light was flickering and the shower head leaked. Great place just not quiet 5 stars. "

"This property is very clean and has great staff!!! However, I think it is lacking in amenities. I wish this place had refrigerators in rooms and the bathroom sink is so small and awkwardly shaped that water gets everywhere. Also there are not water fountains on any upper floors and the beds have a top sheet but not a fitted sheet which was odd to me. However, I do appreciate the parking and the look of the building itself. It always feels safe and clean. "

"My bathroom was down for two hours I was told to use the lobby bathroom."

"Room was unclean upon arrival but decided to stick with it. Later when laying in bed i found a LARGE cockroach crawling on the floor. about 3 inches in length. Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped."
