"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived early due to incoming storms and was able to check in 15 minutes ahead of schedule, though I did have to wait a short time for my room to be finished. While the building is definitely dated and there was an odd smell in the upstairs hallways, my room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The room was generally clean. However, the jetted tub—which overlooked the woods—was quite dusty, likely because the room also features a standard bathtub/shower. The room included an iron, mini-fridge, microwave, and hairdryer. Note that there was no coffee pot in the room, and the deadbolt on my door would not lock. The woods behind the building contained a fair amount of visible trash. I arrived shortly after 9:00 AM to breakfast to find the area quite messy and most food items depleted, I recommend arriving much earlier.
The snack machine was out of order, though a sign directed guests to purchase soda at the front desk.
The lobby and waiting areas were not very clean. While my room was fine, I did encounter another guest who was not happy at all with the condition of her room. Parking is somewhat congested. As is common in Nebraska, there are many large trucks, which can make the lot feel a bit tight. "
