"We checked in with no issues. The room was bigger than expected and pretty clean. Our only issue was that the floor was not totally clean in the closet and the bathroom. We took advantage of the free breakfast and it was great! Lots of fresh coffee and choices of food. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!"

"Stayed here when moving my daughter from JWU. The hotel and room were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

"This was a nice hotel in a surprisingly good location. If you don't have harbor view, your view isn't going to be so great -- but that was the main downside. Otherwise, it's right next to a lovely park: you just walk outside, and there's a prime area for bayside walking, running, frisbee, playground for kids, fishing, etc. The lobby and bar feel like they're part of a much more upscale hotel, partly because of the waterfront view. "I've stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years and it just seems to get worse every time. They went from a great sit down breakfast to self serve hot food to a bowl of cereal. The restaurant/bar being closed on weekdays is just bizarre."

"Front desk was great and when my hairdryer died, they got me a new one pretty quickly as well as fresh towels. Bar restaurant was nice however I thought the food was a little over priced for the quantity and quality"

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Really nice gym. Good breakfast with wide selection and plenty of fresh, quality food. Breakfast staff is particularly attentive and clearly cares about the quality of their work. We loved the little messages on the bananas. Room was very clean. A very pleasant experience overall."
