"Better than I could have imagined! Just a lovely spacious suite like apartments. I loved the local charm and that it was literally right next to the light rail. Yes, you could hear the train, but it was not that noisy and actually quite quaint. I love sitting out outside and drinking coffee watching the light rail train go by every 10 to 15 minutes in the morning. "Our stay was great overall. The motel was easy to get to and in good shape. It was a perfect place to grab a few hours of sleep before heading back out. If you are looking for a clean, basic motel we can't recommend it enough. "

"Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. "

"Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible. "

"The clerk was rude, he didn't want to give us the wifi password even though we are paying customers. He said it was company policy not to give it to guess. No hot water to shower with. It was extremely noisy from guess up stairs from us and company didn't do anything to quite it down. we never got our microwave or refrigerator, all in all it was the worst stay we ever experienced. We will never book a stay there again and highly recommend that no one ever go there"
