"The Lord Forrest Hotel in Bunbury looks good initially, but after a being there a bit, it seems that the hotel seems to just cruise along, only doing enough to get by. My main gripe is that the hotel has an indoor pool, which you would expect to be heated (at a good temperature) all year round..... I mean, that is why we booked this hotel in particular..... but for the time we stayed there, the pool was not heated at all.... it was COLD.... which would be ok if it were Summer, but this was in...

"Drains were blocked and shower flooded half of the carpet room I stayed in. No one on reception and no after hour line so I had to sleep in a room with the gross smell of a soaking carpet Got wet and almost slipped every time I went to the bathroom also Other than that everything was great. No offer of compensation for the shower and drainage issue."

"Very nice apartment and the furnishings are very new. The bedrooms are very big and spacious. Location is good and near to many restaurants. Only downside is there is no lift."

"Parking available as empty rooms on ground floor. We should have asked staff to have a ground floor room as we're seniors. Room clean, bed not comfy for us. There was only one towel each and a hand towel. Would have been convenient to have a hand towel each and a shower mat. I had to use my hubbys towel for a floor mat in the shower. Warning; the shower tiles were slippery when wet. If we stay again we would choose a more expensive priced room."
