"Our stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice was amazing! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well! Our room was really clean, and so was the kitchen and the bathroom. Luckily we had an AC (it was really hot in Paris during our stay). Also Saint-Maurice is underrated: it’s pretty nice and calm there, no safety concerns or issues (we were too young women)! It got some beautiful places ! I’ll definitely recommend to stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice! Merci bien pour votre...

Super clean rooms with high functioning air conditioning for those hot Paris summer days. Price point friendly in a great area walking distance of 2 Metro stations. "The only trouble we had was the noise level at night. Can not be helped by the property; there are bars very close and you're on a main street. Have earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. The location is great, feels local and safe, and it was clean and updated. Staff is good a communicating if you have questions. I would recommend more ways to hang things (more hooks perhaps) like towels/coats as that was limited. Overall, a very lovely stay, and would return to stay again. "

"I picked this hotel for a combination of reasons; price, kitchenette, and washer/dryer combo so that we could pack lighter. When it turned out that our washer wouldn't fill up with water and the technician couldn't make it out for a few days, the hotel completely made up for it by taking our clothes to a laundromat since we didn't have time to do that with our busy itinerary. I would stay here again and really appreciate the helpfulness of the front desk guy Zach."
