"This is an exceptional hotel 👍, location is good with self parking. It is very clean everywhere. Staffs are all very nice including all receptionists, restaurant/bar servers, and cleaning ladies. Breakfast is served very well. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. The hotel is situated by the marina and is a short walk from the town and from gorgeous restaurants and bars. While we did not eat main meals at Grand Park hotel our stay still made us feel very pampered and relaxed overall and the hotel design is so so beautiful. They've done a phenomenal job with it overall. Also loved the pre check in form they send and the option to check out online. Everything is so considered to give you the most convenient experience and it is noticeable from the moment you arrive. "

"The hotel is a resort hotel. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The only issue we had was parking. There were no defined parking spots so cars were parked with a lot of space in between. "

"Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again."
