"The stay was excellent - room, amenities restaurants. Servers were good. Housekeeping, conceirge. Front desk can do better. We requested two things from Front Desk and did not receive return calls. First we requested extra note pads for writing for two children ages 4 and 5 - and front desk affirmatively indicated the note pads would ve sent up. They were forgotten totally. "This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The room was clean and spacious. It had a dishwasher, stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Plus all household items you would need such as cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans even pot holders. The beds were comfy the bathroom was decent size and it was clean which is important to me. The location is great. We stayed because we were going to a football game so the location was perfect. "Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. The only thing we didn't like was the area in which the hotel was. Unsafe and dirty. Definitely do not recommend walking around alone. People in the streets smoking pot...thats all we could smell. People sleeping outside hotel and people hanging out on all street corners. Its Baltimore, so I kind of knew what to expect but this was really bad and as i mentioned before, unsafe."
