"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"We had a great time at the hotel. It is always beautifully maintained. We had a large group of people and due to the weather wound up hanging in the hotel. Eric was on duty that night and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He was amazing and made our time even more enjoyable!"

"The property is an old bank which I love history and anything antique. The staff was friendly and made suggestions for local outings. There is an old money vault downstairs. Breakfast was good and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. However I did not like the view of the 11th floor. It gave me jailhouse vibes as the windows are small and the outside is not viewable. Overall the stay was great."

"The cleaners finish early so if you like a sleep in, they won’t clean your room. We usually went out in the late afternoon and so the best they could offer was to give us fresh towels and empty the trash. Our sheets and bed were not made the whole 5 nights we were there no matter how many times I asked."
