"This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive. "Excellent service from staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Courtyard is private and lights up beautifully at night. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Very close to everything. Can walk to Inner Harbour and Little Italy for restaurants. Would highly recommend for couples, business or just leisure. We will return."

"We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with."

"The Residence is a very nice hotel. It’s always well maintained and in close proximity to the Harbor, (walking distance). The food in the bar is excellent and the staff is pleasant. This place is hands down my favorite place to stay when I come to Baltimore."

"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"The person at the front desk was very accommodating as we were checking in late. The room was big but very loud. You could hear everyone in the halls, the water pipes running when others were using the bathroom, every car on the street. The following day we contacted the property bc there was a valet charge of $50, we had a $27 credit for parking through Expedia booking. We called to inform of the incorrect charge. We waited in the lobby until until 4pm and got our key but the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room so we sat in the lobby for another 40 minutes waiting for it to be finished.
