"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"My favorite hotel, anywhere. It is always a treat to stay here. The decor is beautiful, thoughtful, and interesting! Such a nice change from standard corporate hotel style. The minibar and snacks are very nice. The Topside and B-Side are both fun places to go. The lobby area is a nice place to sit, with interesting art and furniture. "Clean room, cozy environment, excellent location, good breakfast, and great service! However, depending on the room, there can be quite a bit of noise. It’s not so much from the street—which gets quieter at night—but more from inside the hotel, starting around 6 a.m."

"Great hotel, and a very good location convenient to a lot of great restaurants sent to the convention center. The only issue I had was that the restaurant and bar were minimally staffed. I’d hoped to find a lot more lively a hospitality aspect at the hotel. But the rooms were nice and quiet."
