"Nice hotel, well-maintained.
The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
The shuttles fill up in the morning. We saw several people left behind at a 5:40 AM pickup (the shuttles run every 20 minutes), so get to the queue at least 10 minutes before your planned shuttle (15 minutes to be sure).
The only other negative was that the service at the lobby bar/restaurant was ridiculously slow. After a long international flight, waiting almost an hour for a club sandwich at a nearly empty restaurant isn't the experience one hopes for. Even getting the bill took 15 minutes and two requests."
