"Everything was good overall. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool hours. The window to enjoy the pool is very short because it opens late and closes too early. It would be nice if the pool were open for longer hours so guests could have more time to enjoy it."

"Very disappointing. First, I booked the deluxe room that was supposed to have a full kitchen (at least that was the description on Expedia). It only had a mini fridge and mini microwave. By the time I discovered this, the front desk was already closed. Also, when checking in we were notified that the elevator was 'temporarily' out of order. This is something we should have told before arriving."

"Had a wonderful time at Grand Lake Lodge. Booked it for a weekend getaway to RMNP. The view, location, bar, lobby, patio, pool and hot tub were all amazing! Room was clean and the soaps/shampoos smelled great. (I even took a picture of them to see if I can get some for my home) The only downside is that the walls in the half cabins are PAPER THIN. We could clearly hear every conversation our neighbors were having. They weren't very noisy but it was a bit awkward. Thankfully, we had so much to...

"This was a really nice hotel. It was clean, and spacious, and comfortable. We got the double queen balcony and it was worth it. They also offer free continental breakfast as well. Just be aware of the elk. Woke up one morning and they were everywhere. Lol"
